Cast-iron CNC machining centers
Precision you can audit on every machine
Heavy cast-iron CNC machines with laser-measured positioning accuracy — built for importers and dealers who resell on their own reputation. Every unit ships with an inspection report tied to its serial number.
Measured and documented on every machine we ship.
Machine range
Three workhorses, engineered to hold tolerance
A focused line-up for buyers who need repeatable results, not a catalog of unproven models. Every machine sits on a stress-relieved cast-iron base and can be specified with imported key components where your customer requires it.
A rigid slant-bed lathe for shafts, flanges and precision round parts. Chuck size, bar capacity and tailstock are configured to your part family.
Full spec sheet available upon request.
Double-column milling for large molds, dies and structural parts, with table size and Z-clearance matched to the work you run.
Full spec sheet available upon request.
Accuracy, documented
Every machine leaves with its own numbers
We do not ask you to trust a brochure figure. Each machine is calibrated with a laser interferometer and shipped with a positioning-accuracy report for that exact serial number. That is what lets a dealer defend a sale long after it closes — the geometry was measured, not assumed.
Laser-measured accuracy
Positioning to 0.008 mm and repeatability to 0.005 mm on the VMC-850, verified per unit.
Stress-relieved cast iron
Resin-sand cast-iron bases are stress-relieved for long-term accuracy retention, not just day-one figures.
Configurable key components
Spindles and ballscrews can be specified with imported options where your buyer requires it.
Audited to 0.008 mm positioning accuracy per machine.
Sample inspection report available upon request.
Documentation available upon request.
Factory strength
A production partner, not a one-off supplier
Castings, machining and assembly run under one roof — that is what keeps quality and lead time predictable order after order. We build a few hundred machines a year: large enough to serve serious importers, small enough to keep every unit under real inspection.
Where our machines run
Built for shops that sell on their name
From mold makers to general subcontractors, our machines earn their place on floors that cannot afford downtime. The common thread is buyers who resell to demanding end customers and need equipment that holds tolerance shift after shift.
Mold & die
Cavity and core work where finish and geometry decide the job.
Automotive & general parts
Volume turning and milling of shafts, housings and brackets.
Subcontract machining
Job shops that switch part families weekly and need dependable rigidity.
Energy & heavy equipment
Large components where gantry footprint and Z-clearance matter.
Fixture & tooling
In-house tool rooms building jigs, fixtures and gauges.
Named references and case data available under NDA — documentation available upon request.
Compliance & parts
Compliant on paper, backed after the sale
Machines are CE marked and built under an ISO 9001 quality system, with wiring and safety circuits executed to European practice. For a reseller, what happens after commissioning matters just as much as the paperwork.
Certifications
CE marked; ISO 9001 quality management. Electrical build follows European wiring and safety-circuit practice. Documentation available upon request.
Spare-parts commitment
An overseas spare-parts stock and remote engineer response within 48 hours keep your customer's machine cutting, not waiting.
Documentation available upon request.
Service & delivery
Support that reaches past the shipping container
Buying from overseas only works when the service does too. Our delivery and support model is built around the two questions every importer asks — when will it arrive, and who answers when it stops.
Overseas parts stock
Common wear and spindle parts held closer to your market to cut downtime.
48-hour remote response
Engineers respond remotely within 48 hours to diagnose and guide repairs.
45–60 day lead time
Standard models ship in 45 to 60 days, with build milestones shared along the way.
Factory audit & cutting demo
Visit the plant, watch a cutting demo, and accept a sample part against your own drawing.
Lead times and milestones are confirmed in writing before any deposit.
